M6-HD rendered in Octane Render for DAZ Studio v2.2 R2.23 beta.
Testrender with displacement and bump combined using a new workaround.
The displacement maps were converted from a set for Victoria 6 to fit Michael 6 UV's, and modified by adding the eyebrows.

There's really nothing special about the way I set up these things.
But it does involve some basic Photoshop compositing after rendering, I simply can't make them straight from Lux Render.
Or at least I haven't found a way to do it yet, I have still so much to learn about Reality and Lux!
